Hahnemühle PHOTO RAG ® BARYTA

Photo Rag Baryta combines a cotton base with a high-gloss baryta-style coating.

Unlike traditional glossy photo paper, it maintains a refined surface with depth rather than glare. Blacks are deeper. Contrast is stronger. Fine details appear sharper.

This paper gives prints a photographic presence that feels closer to darkroom baryta prints. It’s particularly effective when image depth and clarity are priorities. In our fine art giclée printing process, Baryta is used when the image benefits from added density and contrast.

Despite the gloss, it remains museum-grade and stable, without optical brighteners.
