1. Scope of Services

Redlab, Inc. (“Redlab”) provides archival fine art printing, image preparation, exhibition printing, framing, and related services.

By submitting files, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Intellectual Property

By submitting any files or materials to Redlab, you confirm that:

You are the copyright owner; or
You have obtained proper authorization from the rights holder.
Redlab does not verify copyright ownership and is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted materials.

3. File Responsibility & Print Quality

Clients are responsible for final approval of submitted files prior to production.
Redlab may provide professional recommendations regarding size, resolution, cropping, tonal range, sharpening, or paper selection. If a client elects to proceed against professional advice, Redlab is not liable for quality concerns resulting from file limitations.

Due to differences in display calibration, lighting conditions, and print media, minor color and tonal variations between screen and print are inherent to the process.

4. Proofing

Proofing services are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
Approval of a proof constitutes final sign-off. Reprints resulting from changes in preference after approval are billable.

5. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is confirmed prior to production.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Custom work must be paid in full prior to release.
Orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

6. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Production timelines may be affected by revisions, material availability, equipment maintenance, or production volume.

7. Framing, Transport & Installation

Framed works are inspected prior to release.
Redlab is not liable for damage resulting from third-party transport, courier handling, or improper installation after release.

8. Storage

Completed works not collected within thirty (30) days may incur storage fees.
Unclaimed works beyond ninety (90) days may be disposed of at Redlab’s discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Redlab’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
Redlab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Amendments

Redlab reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
